mint creature food artSpring has sprung here in Austin! Fig leaves are unfurling. Tight pomegranate buds are almost ready to bloom and mint is taking over my herb garden with a burst of early strength.  Spring is a magical time of year to marvel in and enjoy nature's burst of early bounty! You  could plant some herbs yourself or go to a farmers market or your local grocery store to find tender herbs, carrots and lettuces that are just coming into season.Or you could use some fresh herbs to play. Make a garden on your plate. Add some elves, faeries and woodland creatures like the one above and let your imagination bloom!
